failed tribunal

Just a follow up to my assessment in June 2011 where I was given 9 points by the assessor and had them taken away by the DM because I had flown to Spain!Well had my tribunal on Dec 8th(my 62nd birthday) and I failed.Throughout the 40 minutes I was in no mention was made at all of descriptors.All they wanted to know was how I spend my day minute by minute.It was not a pleasant experience.
Anyway I am putting it all behind me and trying to claim Pension Credit instead(thats not easy either as been given the run around since Friday)
The question I need answering is this - I received an ESA payment on Dec 7th and failed tribunal Dec 8th so will I have anymore monies due from ESA?Is it paid in arrears ?

Sorry your appeal was not successful, I hope you have more success with the Pension Credits.

As I understand it, ESA is paid fortnightly in arrears.
