DLA Medical visit in the home

I've received what i now know to be a right payment program form. Obviously when I received it I was extremely anxious so I phoned up Warbeck House. The nice lady explained it's merely to check my entitlement hasn't changed and NI numbers are picked randomly by the computer. She then said don't worry fill in the form with as much detail as you can and don't worry if you think you're repeating yourself. I asked would I require a medical and she replied not necessarily.

As my condition has neither improved or deteriorated to a great extent I hope everything will remain the same.

I've received what i know to be a right payment program form. i was very anxious, i sent it back by the deadline, now recieved a letter. having a medical next thursday. and i have been sent my esa50 medical. at this moment in time, i am having a panic attack. i have to carry an eipen and dont mix with the genral public because of my allergies. my skin problems on movement splits and bleeds i struggle with most day to day actives.

I'm sorry I'm a bit confused Lyndy by your post. Are you having a DLA medical next Thursday?
