ESA SUPPORT GROUP

This is not so much a QUESTION but some advice once my ESA stopped because i had it 365 days i applied to be put in the support group a group i thought i should have been in on first medical ( I have ME ) diagnosed by a Harley street consultant and 2 consultants from kings college .I have just recently had another medical by ATOS who on my medical form (done by a retired looking nurse) stated this man has a severe disability in both upper and lower body if he could work i would not expect it for at least 2 years and then they go and put me in the WRAG again so no money however i decided to appeal and a friend in the royal British legion suggested i contacted them ,which i did and they have done all the appeal for me and will represent me on the tribunal so if you have any links to the RBL veteran etc contact them they really go all out to help you.

The length of an award does not correlat to the group you should be in, for example; it is perfectly for one claimant to have a six month award for the Support Group and someone else to have a two year award for the WRAG.
