Were you appealing from Fit to work with 0 points? I am and my appeal is next week, the 20th. I have been on Incapacity Benefit since January 1997 and now at 61 they have decided I am fit to work .

I Appealed being fit for work with 9 points !

What helped was the examiner had put down I would be unable to use a wheelchair with my neck condition ! When I could hardly walk the 40 yards, stopping with pain ad discomfort, I was awarded the mobility 15 pointer, with the support element !
