The DWP have now published an online form for disability benefits claimants who have not yet received their £150 disability cost of living payment.  A number of our readers have already posted to say they have still not received the payment.

The ‘Report a missing Cost of Living Payment’ report form says it should be used if you were expecting the £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment but have not received it for:

  • Personal Independence Payment
  • Disability Living Allowance for adults
  • Disability Living Allowance for children
  • Adult Disability Payment
  • Child Disability Payment
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Constant Attendance Allowance
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

You will need your NI number to complete the form and one reader who has done so reports that at the end it says that the DWP will get back to you within two weeks.

The form should not be used to report a missing £326 Cost of Living Payment.

You can access the missing cost of living payment report form here.

I just filled in the form.  Now lets see how long it takes the nasty party to give me my 150 quid which i'm entitled to.

I reported a missed £150 disability COL payment yesterday and the website did say I should receive a response within 2weeks - so we’ll see….

@Jamie Hassall If you are eligible for it and haven’t received it by now then you need to report it as a missing payment via the link above in this article. Once reported missing it will take up to anything up to two weeks or more to get resolved once they “investigate”.

@Jamie Hassall If you've not received it yet, go onto the DWP website and fill in the form for a missed payment. The link is at the bottom of this article.

Still waiting on the 150 but spoke to DWP earlier and they confirmed the second COL (£324) will be issued between November 8th and 23rd. The gov website should be updated at some point today

its absolutely disgusting the DWP are doing this! and then making people wait another two weeks or potentially more! They had this "missing payment" form all set up and ready to go by October 3rd so they must of known many people wouldn't receive their COL payments.
Call me an old cynic but ,even if for example, the DWP chose to not pay a thousand claimants out of the six million or so eligible for this COL payment that would save their department £150,000! Sure, people who are aware they should receive it would get in touch with the DWP to query this but many more who are eligible but are either not aware of this payment at all or are not sure if they are eligible will not bother contacting the DWP and they make a nice saving in the process! Its all bread and games to this lot...

Filled mine in as I'm still waiting. I'll report back as soon as payment is received.
