Xmas Bonus Queries !

I have not received it this year. I am on enhanced mobility and care p.I.p last year was on dla and got it. It is not in my ESA. Hubby received his, he is still on DLA. Also although my letter of award stated the sum I would receive, I have been paid 50 pounds less each month. I phoned up four months ago and they said it would right itself in a few months.

I think you need to contact them again.

I got two lots, rang them up and reported it, a silence followed, then a very surprised voice said golly, thanks for your honesty.

Go figure!

Well, just to let you all know that I have finally received my £10 christmas bonus this week.
I guess it's better than nothing.
