Hi mods
Am I being a bit fluffy headed here, I received a letter re: £10.00 Christmas, bonus, which came from DLA. I thought it was only for ESA?

Hi r,
It's for receipt of CB ESA in the main phase, Or receipt of DLA : Xmas Bonus Eligibility.
Even though you may be in receipt of more than one of the "qualifying" benefits, you can only be paid one £10 Xmas Bonus.

You might want to give it a couple weeks longer, your entitlement won't change If you don't phone immediately.

I haven't received mine either - if I don't get it I'll just forget about it. I can't deal with the stress of phoning them.

My brown envelope from the PIP guys arrived this morning (dated 13th Dec) saying they were bunging me £10. Checked my online account for something else and sure enough it went in this morning.
It does say in the letter that they're making payments over a number of weeks from December and payments may be received at different times - even if living at the same address - and they're aiming to make all payments by Christmas.
It does say to contact them on the usual PIP number if the payment hasn't been received, but I guess that's if you receive the letter and the payment hasn't been made.
