Hi
Maximus have now decided they want to do a f2f on 30th March but on my Mental Health Nurse calling them today they have not even seen her letter of evidence which they confirm they have now lost it, they are also refusing to do a home visit, where do I stand please?

If they have the letter, the all I can suggest is that you re-send it, you should be able to get a fax number to send it to.
It's highly unlikely that a home assessment will be granted unless your GP or your Mental Health Nurse write explaining why you cannot attend at their offices. If the letter you refer to does this, then you should get a new copy sent as soon as possible, if it does not then you need to source one as quickly as possible.

Hi ml48,
They certainly should do !!!
If you have any further problems, you could involve your M.P. as they should not be losing your personal information :
Contacting your MP

Hi
Thank you for your reply.
It does get better Maximus have now confirmed have have not received any faxed evidence from my Mental Health yesterday so I have now raised all this as a High Level Complaint and I have asked for answers and will be sending a copy to my MP. This is just awful what they are doing to me, has anyone else had this problem?

Hi
I am having numerous problems with Maximus they have lost my medical evidence 3 times so far, due to that I raised a complaint with my MP but today I have called for an update as to what is happening with my ESA Claim and they are now refusing to deal with me, they are not answering my emails either, should they be doing this, as I now feel because I have made a complaint they are making an Exception out of me. Please Help
