I am having numerous problems with Maximus they have lost my medical evidence 3 times so far, due to that I raised a complaint with my MP but today I have called for an update as to what is happening with my ESA Claim and they are now refusing to deal with me, they are not answering my emails either, should they be doing this, as I now feel because I have made a complaint they are making an Exception out of me. Please Help
Hi ml48,
Are Maximus stating that they have returned your ESA file to The DWP ?
Is this the reason that they will no longer communicate with you ?
I would write another E-mail of complaint to Maximus asking why they are refusing to communicate with you.
You could also update your M.P. regarding this and you could contact DWP ESA :
THE ESA PHONE NUMBER DWP : 0345 608 8545 (Open 8AM-6PM. Mon-Fri.)
If can be proven that Maximus have lost some of your personal information/documents, this could be a Data Protection issue as well, so you could also complain to : The ICO

Thank you for your reply. I have just rang Maximus and now confirmed that they have sent my claim to the DWP Decision Maker on the 14th March, 2016 and confirmed I will not need a f2f as have enough medical evidence.

Decisions are currently taking about 3-5 weeks.
Good luck
