Hello Alison I feel for you, you are so brave agoraphobia and acute anxiety are such complex illnesses no one can fully understand unless they have suffered it.
Facing your fears on a daily basis takes a lot of guts it also takes it out of you.
I'm so pleased you have your friend to go with you.
They will see how upset and anxious you are this is a time when you don't have to try and hide it. Tell them how debilitating it is not just going out but eating sleeping answering the phone/door socialising constant worrying disconected and feeling down and any other effects it has on you.
I wish you didn't have to go through this but like you say you've come this far and from what I've read the people at the hearings are nicer than the ones that do assessments.

aww thankyou for your reply ,, realy appreciate it ,, i will keep you informed on how things go ,hope you are keeping well must be so nice its finaly over for you now ,,it does take it out on you all this stress and worry on top of how we deal with our health daily ,,
