Do I say for the descriptor I never got awarded from the face to face assessment the points I think I should have been awarded?
Can I quote from what I said in my PIP2 form for the MR?
Thank you

I was awarded the latter although I am not sure if I should dispute this. I very rarely have anyone to help me preparing a meal, so I'm not sure if I could say I need assistance or supervision.
I know you can get points for help you don't get but thought this was more relevant for prompting.
Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid you would need to explain your problems with Preparing Food in more detail for us to be able to comment.
For example what do you mean by making "meals" and "lunch"? Are the two days the same days or do you mean four days in total? What stops you making a meal the rest of the time?

I've been trying to get my head around writing this all day.
Sorry for so many questions, I just want to write the best one I can.
I don't have any further evidence as regards to letters apart from the ones I already had but I can argue with the evidence already there.

At time of assessment I had not prepared any proper meals for about three weeks. I am more likely to eat if someone makes a meal for me but even then I don't always finish it.
