I would expect it to be reviewed but cannot say whether the Decision will be revised.

Hi, well last message went ok , I was wandering if you still got to have a mental health team to prove you got mental health problems , My wife is due AR1 in November she as a diagnosis and is on medication, mind you last assessment he said my wife had nt got no weakness in hands but neurologist said she as ! Did nt appeal because my wife was battered with it and her health was been made worse with stress , I work so did nt research as well as I should ,

It's not a requirement but those assessing her lack imagination and tend to struggle with symptoms where there is no on-going treatment for them to refer to, again, up to date medical evidence for mental health problems will deal with a lot of the problems that might otherwise arise.

Hi, The last time my wife filled in the form for pip she was on medication for mental health and physical health , The assessment never asked one question regarding mental health it just said on the report she had not got a mental health support worker , do you need one ? My wife picked up a glass this was noted , do you have to be incapable of taking a drink ? The reason I ask is she will be shortly due a AR1 form if you could help I would be most grateful
Thank you
