Couple of quick questions to ask.
1- Ok. That’s my Pip1 done over the phone call. Can I get the Pip2 form in pdf format? As i have always filled my DLA forms in pdf and printed off ad sent in.
2- Can I use my same medical letters i used in my ESA face to face assessment i had on the 30th November 2018?
Thanks Karl.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

1. There is no electronic version of the PIP2 in the public domain but you can request one by contacting the DWP
Alternate Format Team A108
Warbreck House
Warbreck Hill
Blackpool FY2 0ZE
or via email - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
If the email bounces try removing the ".gsi"
Alternatively, it is perfectly OK for you to type your answers and attach them as extra pages to the PIP2, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.
Attach the pages to the back of the form using a staple or make a hole in the top left corner and use a treasury tag, string or ribbon to the form. The pages need to be easily detached so that they can be scanned by the DWP.
2. Yes, but make sure that they are relevant to the PIP Descriptors.

I'm afraid not but I am guessing it will be at least two weeks.

Just a quick update.
I got the PIP2 form sent to me in pdf Tank you for the link Gordon.
Just a quick heads up to members who are wanting the pip2 for in pdf format.
When you get the form sent to you via email As has been said the return date gets reset.
But and i say BUT please contact the office that deals with your claim to make sure they have the new reset date on your file.
I phoned my claims department because they sent me a letter saying they had not got my form back yet and i told them about the pdf team sending me new pdf form and my claim office did not have the new return date on my file. (they do now lol).
Any way form all filled in and sent off today (2nd May) via recorded delivery.
Just sitting and waiting time now.
Cheers Karl.

Well.
Today (29th May 2019) is the dreaded DLA to PIP Face to Face day at Sheffield.
To say i am worried to bits is an under statement:( .
I will update how i go on and about the PI Centre as never been before.
I thought it would have been at my local Doncaster Centre.
