Hi Gary.
Today i have been bombarded with emails from the council tax etc
DWP are desperate to get me to reply to emails with regards to change of circumstances,
the people who deal with requests for data are trying to get me to reply excepting that i was on JSA i never have been.
i have emailed the mp twice asking who my caseworker is and she does not reply.
i am so stressed with all of this, i have anxiety and depression and tried to kill myself twice.
when i see my councilor from iapt she said i have a severe trust issue.
the council tax wanted me to click the reply button basically execpting a change of circumstances the ref number they used is a housing benefit claim, i have never had housing benefit my house is paid out right. i send you the emails because i want people to see just how far these people will go. i will send the emails to publish if it helps others.
i dont know how long i can do this for.

Hi veronica
I know it can be very frustrating waiting to hear from someone but at this moment in time we do live in unusual circumstances and the wheels turn slower than usual.
Try not to get too stressed, I have recently taken up Tai Chi with Dr Lam which may help with your stress and well being, I find it quite relaxing and it is at a slow pace.
If you are feeling very low contact the Samaritans available 24 hours: call 116 123 you can call them any time, from any phone for free.
From what you showed in your previous post, your MP is on the ball even though it may seem quite slow.
Some Local Authorities use the same form to complete Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction Scheme claims, so it maybe just a coincidence.
This is the time of year when Local Authorities start to send out new council tax demands for the forth coming financial year.
If you have any further questions please get back to us.

Hi Gary
This is the reply i received from the MP with regards to who my caseworker is.
Dear Veronica,
Thank you for your email.
At this point, we are unaware of who the caseworker is that will be dealing with your matter. Please be informed, once we have received a response, I will request whether we can share this information with you due to GDPR regulations we have to abide by.
I hope this clarifies the matter.

Hi veronica
Your MP's letter is talking about the DWP case worker whereas I think you were talking about the case worker working for your MP.
I would just wait to hear from your MP when they have further news, ideally you are looking for an 'any time review' which takes you claim back to the beginning.
