I am now even more confused!!
I have received reply on journal, it was from a case manager, said I had only recently been moved to his caseload hence the delay in replies.
Anyway he said that I am not entitled to Carers Element as I am in receipt of LCWRA, well I knew you couldn't get CE and LCWRA. My query was because I was in WRAG when on ESA and expected to be in LCW not LCWRA.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi smc,
If you feel they haven't answered your question correctly, I would re-iterate that back to them. They're paid to be able to answer questions like this, especially being a case manager.
Chris.

Unfortunately due to my anxiety and other mental health problems, I can't speak on the phone. The journal is the only way I can communicate with them and it is highly infuriating that they either never respond to messages or take several weeks to respond but don't read through the previous messages and totally mid-read the situation.

So the response to asking for clarification has not really provided me any answers......
"Thank you for bring this to my attention. I can confirm that you are in the Limited Capability for Work and Work Related Activity Group.
I have passed your enquiry to a Work Coach at X Jobcentre who may contact you about this."
So confirms I am in LCWRA but is passing enquiry to a work coach.

Well my asking for clarification hasn't provided any clear answers!

So I asked why he were passing it to work coach at local jobcentre and they said because he doesn't have access to medical referral IT system and it is work coach respsonsibility.
I would argue he probably shouldn't be confirming I am in LCWRA if he is having to pass it on.
