Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi smc
You could put a complaint on the Journal with recipient The Work Coach asking for the name and contact details of the Jobcentre District Manager for a high level complaint.
Let me know how you get on.

I don't think I have a work coach.
I did put complaint in online middle of May. I was really just covering myself by putting a message on my journal, figured it would do no harm to just keep doing it each month when I get statement until they actually give me full explanation why I was put in LCWRA, really didn't think anyone would reply when they hadn't for last 6 weeks!!!

Hi SMC,
I had this issue this month after being moved into the LCWRA group, and I lodged an official complaint after sending 11 messages and calling daily over 2 weeks without a response. I was told that if you go into your journal , add journal entry, select payments (whether it's about a payment or not), then you get a reply quite quickly. I done this and recieved a response within several hours, after waiting 2 weeks with nothing. I toldf the person who informed me that, the claimants need to be informed that they can do this.
Chris.

Finally I received a call regarding my complaint which I put in mid May and 6 weeks since I last had response on joumal.
Person admitted I was spot on and there had been an error. When they did transfer it was done wrong. Once transfer is done any communication goes to "everyday business" section and not transfer team and she said communication between these two needs improved and they are working on improving that so that if errors like this are made people like me are not left feeling like they are getting no answers.
I said to her it wasn't that a mistake was made that frustrated me, it was the lack of answers and when I got answers it was to questions I hadn't asked!!!
She has got my claim corrected and it will be actioned later today or tomorrow and so when I get my next statement in couple of weeks it will be correct.
By my calculation I have been overpaid about £1000. So we shall see how debt management decide to get that back.
So glad to finally have things moving, hopefully this will be it sorted now. I really hope so as have been really unwell the last couple of weeks and been diagnosed with a new condition so I really don't need any more battles with UC!!

Most of the messages I sent on my journal were via payments option and I didn't get a swift reply, even went 6 weeks with no reply.
