yes mine said exactly the same "the claimed level of disability is consistant with the evidence before me". however there is no mention of my ESA50. She keeps referring to the ESA113 gps report, thats why im appealing cause my doctor didnt go in2 much detail, especially about my me/cfs. my ESA50 & further info seems 2 have been completely disregarded! i think by the sounds of it you have a good case as it states u r unlikely 2 return 2 work in the longer term. unfortunately my prognosis is that a return 2 work could b considered within 6 months, even tho iv been off work now for 4 yrs.

i agree derek, it looks like if u dont have a medical & get placed str8 in2 wrag the DWP dont even bother 2 decide what descriptors claiments have satisfied on paper. it prob doubles their workload.

Cmarie has just posted in another thread and said that the decision maker's submission in the appeal bundle states how many points you scored.

Either they decide what descriptors you satisfy but don't tell you until you appeal, or they're making it up as they go along!

  			 				Hi
My doctor has not been asked to fill in a ESA113 so it seems they must have had enough evidence.
My condition doesn't fit into many of the questions featured on the ESA50 but two of their statements on the ESA85A give me reason to believe that thay haven't read my full explaination on the ESA50 as well as the reasons I previously mentioned before.
My doctor says that had my report been completed by a doctor instead of a nurse then my condition would have been better understood, although she did add that they can't get doctors to work for em, doctors have morals u see! and most of the nurses are actually occupation health nurses not RGN's.
Oh and I got my P45 this morn as well! it goes on and on and on....
Will keep u updated

Cmarie comments in the other thread r because she had a medical, this is good news for her & ghay25 but unfortunately not for me as i didnt have a medical, i was just place str8 in2 wrag it seems solely on the ESA113 gps report & the woman who called me from DWP said i was NOT point scored at all so there is no ESA65 for me. i sent my appeal away yesterday so i will just have 2 wait now & c what papers i am sent in my bundle.
