I have no representation to attend with me, just my Husband who provides all my care, is there many cases of a successful outcome without a rep being with you?

Whilst statistically you are more likely to win with a representative, that in no way means that you cannot without one, and as Mrs H has pointed out, a lot do.

I'm confused Leah Why do you think your not goning to win your appeal. surely when you completed your application form in the first place you qualified for DLA. You say your conditions has changed since you made your original application

why doubt your self. DLA and ESA are two totally diffrent benifits. It may be that all you hear about ESA is causing distress to DLA claiments. please be assured the Tribural members are very educated people and should be respected , but most of all they are INDEPENDENT. Be positive with yourself.

I also note you said your Husband will be with you and acts as your carer. Once again to make you fell confident with your self. It is sure that a Welfare Rights officer or Cab advisors may be right on points of law to address the Tribural Board.

But this does not seem to be you are challenging a point of law. My Point is the Tribural Panel will get most of there evidence from you and that's why it's so important for individual to attend in persons to Triburals. The second best evidencce you have is your husband and full time carer he will be able to explain to the Tribural how you life is affected 24/7 he himself is probably the best person that see,s you on bad days and better days. The Tribural will be consider is support. Good luck be positive.
