Mesozoic wrote: Oh dear, have just been to my doctor's surgery and discovered that they received a request for more information from Atos last week. A doctor whom I've never even seen completed and returned it, with no request to see me. The last time this happened the doctor just sent through a llst of medication and notes of recent visits that mainly concentrated on treatment for my eczema. No attempts were made to answer the specific questions on the form. That was when I was put in the WRAG. So I fear that is that. I could try Job Seekers Allowance but putting that you have early onset Alzheimers on ones CV is not likely to go down a bundle with potential employers!!!
You should be able to see what was written on the ESA113 as it should have been added to your medical records, you should be access the last 40 days of your records for free, just contact the practice about doing this.
An ESA113 being issued is a positive thing, ATOS report that it is done in only 25% of cases.

I got my letter last week with decision changed in my favour, but have not heard anything since. Rang yesterday and they said its not in the system yet as I am probably owed money and it goes there first or something like that.
