Oh dear, have just been to my doctor's surgery and discovered that they received a request for more information from Atos last week. A doctor whom I've never even seen completed and returned it, with no request to see me. The last time this happened the doctor just sent through a llst of medication and notes of recent visits that mainly concentrated on treatment for my eczema. No attempts were made to answer the specific questions on the form. That was when I was put in the WRAG. So I fear that is that. I could try Job Seekers Allowance but putting that you have early onset Alzheimers on ones CV is not likely to go down a bundle with potential employers!!!

You should be able to see what was written on the ESA113 as it should have been added to your medical records, you should be access the last 40 days of your records for free, just contact the practice about doing this.

An ESA113 being issued is a positive thing, ATOS report that it is done in only 25% of cases.

:woohoo: Yesterday I got a letter from DWP telling me that I had been moved from the WRAG to the Support Group!!! I'm still trying to believe it and the letter doesn't say when they'll begin payments, so I think I'd better keep my feet firmly on the floor in case they suddenly decide to take it away! But many thanks to all at Benefits and Work, because without you I wouldn't have got anywhere. Ultimately it took my MP's office to move ATOS, as they were giving my local CAB the same runaround as they had been giving me. So I'd say to all that going to your MP does work! And nobody should ever give up, keep chasing!

Well done M, so pleased for you.

I got my letter last week with decision changed in my favour, but have not heard anything since. Rang yesterday and they said its not in the system yet as I am probably owed money and it goes there first or something like that.

Won DLA appeal for LRM on 10 Oct and back money in account on 17 Oct. Amazing! So sometimes they do get it right.
