this came today, i know that we need to send the form fast (22nd deadline), but mum was very not well lately... i am planing to post it tomorrow by recorded delivery.

Hi k,

It is standard procedure for a reminder letter such as this to be sent to the claimant. Usually around a week before the deadline return date.

So, it's nothing out of the ordinary.
