E-mailed that SAR request, asking which Regulation or descriptor I qualified for Wrag and also some queries.
I received a reply within two hours.
Saying she was passing it on to the DM that dealt with my decision, but my papers have been progressed to the appeals department, and will contact me in due course.

Two hours beats two months I waited for my other Sar

Hopefully it will be a nice light letter coming through the letter box and not a thump of appeal papers. But Iam geared up for the appeal, don`t expect them changing.

That's good to hear B,

Please keep us updated.

Hi Bro

I know I have asked for these queries to be answered from the DWP and I should be more patient and wait for the answers, but could you answer this for me.

HCP
The available evidence does not suggest there would be a substantial risk if the client were found capable of work related activity.

Does this question relate to Regulation 29 for Wrag and Regulation 35 for support group

Hi B,

That extract is stating that you do not qualify for The SG under the Exceptional Circumstances Rules under ESA Reg 35, regarding Substantial Risk.

Limited Capability for Work, (LCW) relates to The WRAG, Limited Capability for Work Related Activity (LCWRA) relates to The SG.

Yes Bro I thought that was right.

Thats why I was asking you on friday, when I said to you, I do not know how I qualify for Wrag.

So therefore I have qualified for Wrag with no regulations that apply to me and zero points.

Very very strange

Hi B,

You may not have been awarded any points under The Functional WRAG (LCW) Descriptors at Schedule 2.

However, you can still be placed into The WRAG under ESA Reg 29, which is a Non Functional Descriptor and is not points based.

As explained earlier on in this thread. :)
