  			 				HI Gordon,

What details of the tribunal decision do I need to give?

And would they look at my OLD PIP 2 if I don't give new information?

Thanks

So as I said in a previous post the review will include your previous PIP2.

The Decision Notice from the appeal should list the Descriptors that they scored you for.

  			 				Hello

Please could I have some help with the review form. I'm going to have to do it in baby steps. I'm starting to read the PIP guide but this form is different than the PIP2. I know from previous experience that I get very overwhelmed and over complicate things and I want to try and keep it simple as it makes me more ill the whole process and both times I've ended up at a tribunal.

It says for example:

Preparing food and cooking
tell us if somethings has changed and approx when
tell us how you manage this activitiy now, including the use of any aids that you need
tell us about any changes to the help you need or the help you get from anther person

I do not know how to tackle this new review form.
I have spoken to a CAB advisor help with the form and they have said it is a very simple form to fill in and you just have to say if anything has changed. but a manager is calling me back on Monday.

Please can you advise a starting point of how to tackle the form as it is just asking about changes and things have not changed for me.

Thank you

The PIP Claim guide has a section on the AR1 form and how to complete it.

  			 				Hi Gordon,

I have read the section on AR1 and there is no example of when someone has been to a tribunal previously and won back awards or points in helping to fill in form. This must of happened to other members too?
As there has been no change for me, will the DWP then award based on my previous PIP2 or will they award based on my tribunal result?

thanks

It's likely that the details of your appeal will not be included in the file sent to the assessor so you should include the detail yourself, as previously suggested.
