I do not believe CAB volunteers should be manning the phones and giving out advice when untrained. It basically has resulted in myself and my son never getting a permanent home. Rant over:)

You would be better of looking for a trained welfare advisor than a solicitor, benefit law is a specialist area and most solicitors have no experience. Have a look at the following
