It would show a history of disability.
If they are sending the Decision by post then it will probably be the end of the week before you hear.

at a recent appeal i was awarded low rate for care and nothing for mobility,is this likely to affect this appeal for the support group on the grounds of 50m mobility descriptor

I doubt it, we certainly haven't seen anybody's claim for ESA affected by a negative PIP result, even if you had received a PIP Mobility award it would still be insufficient on it's own to result in a similar ESA award.

how long does it take for the award to come into effect,got the letter last Tues to say what award the appeals team had give me ,but nothing since

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks for the DWP to process a Tribunal Decision. I would phone them next week to confirm that hey have received the Tribunal's Decision Notice.

well Gordon ,got my appeal letter this morning and i was not successful ,what can i do now because come November my money stops and i cannot claim jsa because my husband works and we are just outside the limits, can i reclaim if i have a new ailment that was not there when the first face to face took place ,appeal panel upheld the previous award of wrag but not the support group which i was hoping for ,would be grateful of any advice as i am panicing here ,i know all about them paying ni contibutions when i stay on unpaid esa ,but i need money coming in but i am not fit to work ???
