Hi I asked for my medical report for ess, i received the esa85 medical report, but although it reports on what I said at interview there is no score sheet showing what points I was awarded? Should that be part of the esa85? Or is it a separate document I have to request?

There is no actual score sheet produced but you should be able to work it out by looking at the report and the descriptors.

Hi I have a question if that's ok, last June I had a f2f and was placed in wrag ,I requested the esa85 medical report and I was looking over it today and I noticed something I didn't see before, on last page the assessor has written, the client was found to meet the criteria for limited capability for work OR limited capability for work and work related activity?

What does this mean? Is it saying that the decision maker should decide if I'm in wrag or support group??

As said I was placed in wrag, but if that statement means that I should be in support group can I or should I appeal?

Any help be good...

The use of an "or" means that the statement is confusing, does the report refer to any of the Descriptors or the Substantial Risk Regulations?

I think you will need to find a specific recommendation for the SG in the report in order pursue the matter further, especially given the time since the Decision was made. It should give an indication of the Descriptor you met for each of the ESA activities.

Hi I have to fill in another esa50, I have a question, should I send a copy of my esa85 report from when I was last assesed? And what about my pip award? Should i send a copy of my pip decision letter? Or my pip report? Says on form they don't need letters about other benefits?
