I have a question about the capability questionnaire. At the section "about your health conditions illnesses etc" it asks do you have Cancer i can tick No as i am in remission but the next question asks "are you having/waiting for or recovering from chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment" can i tick Yes to this (as i am recovering post treatment) and would this mean i dont have to complete rest of form and just get my doctor to compete page 20 at the back of the form?
