Hello again!
After being awarded 0 points we decided to do the mandatory reconsideration which has not yet been decided but, as very few are successful we are not expecting any change.
We sent in a letter from his employer clarifying his role in work instead of the assessors assumptions of what he does and detailing other discrepancies and why we believe the decision is wrong.
One question that i've been wanting to ask regarding the assessment report is that in several parts it says MSE suggests he would be able to do this etc... I know MSE is mental state examination but is this just really just mental state observations? because she never did any assessments apart from asking him what change would he get from £1 if he spent 65p (which he got wrong first time!)
