Hi,
I went to my tribunal last week and the decision went in my favour. The panel were very nice, put me at ease and stated that they did not need to ask any medical questions as I had provided sufficient evidence of my multiple conditons. There were two main questions related to 'planning a journey' when I was asked to describe my difficulties at these times. Not only did they increase the care component to Enhanced which I had asked for but they also decided on the higher rate of mobility which I had not asked for!
Thank you for your advice and encouragement.
