dear forum, may you give me help about my PIP review assessment specific for my chronic mental illness, its mainly an anxiety/ agoraphobia and other things, the mental health team discharged me despite being unwell and my GP has written to them, I take 3 meds. a welfare advice person is also helping me and taking me to the assessment, she has been trying to get a local assessment but they keep changing it so now contacting the local mp. thankyou.
