We haven't seen any improvement, but we also don't see the turnover rate that the DWP statistics suggest, this is likely to be because our members provide more detailed claim forms from the outset and is therefore much more difficult to provide that killer piece of information that can overturn the Decision (appeals are another matter), to offset any concerns that this might raise, our initial success rate is a lot higher than the average.

I have received a letter today informing me of a notification of local service compliance telephone interview. It says this telephone interview has been arranged because my circumstances may have changed and to make sure my payments are correct. I have been looking into this and am very worried as I don't know what this is for. I was found fit for work on 21st December after a failed wca and have claimed jobseekers from the very next day. I am posting my MR this week coming. I was just starting to get my head on straight again and now this. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Feeling very low again now.
You should be able to ring them and ask what it is about. You can also if it can be done over the phone or even in your home. If you can, have someone with you.
