The relief of not having to keep struggling in to sign on is immense but I can honestly say they have been amazing at the job centre from the very first day 13 weeks ago when I turned up hysterical after getting the phonecall to say i scored 0 points and all benefits stopped that day. They were and have remained so supportive and have not made me attend every week as is normally required but just fortnightly instead and taken into account fully how my health limitations affect me.
Am going to begin compiling my specific reasons for appealing next week and wait for the tribunal pack to arrive in a few weeks. Have got my medical records coming tomorrow anyway for PIP application so will add all of that to my appeal submission too. Unfortunately i didn't know about this website when i applied for ESA and carried along like i always had just filling in the form each time with the same basic information. More fool me as i had no idea they would declare me fit for work because in their opinion i could use a wheelchair and therefore did not prepare my form or any evidence to prove this is not the case. Knocked me sideways i can tell you but as soon as i found this website i knew so many others were going through the same situation that i no longer felt alone in dealing with it. I have practically lived on this forum ever since, gathering information and taking in others situations and remedies. It is the only thing that has got me through.
I haven't given details of my problems on here before now but have found when reading the forum that many people comment on posts asking for this information to help them maybe relate in some way to other situations.I have Spina Bifida, Dehydrated & bulging disks lumbar spine, ruptured disk, large lumbar lordosis, large swelling over base of spine, arthritis lumbar spine and many other long names that translate to my lower spine being in very poor shape. I am heavily medicated, severe weakness in legs, constant uncontrolled pain in back and legs, swollen ankles and feet(spina bifida causes this) and a large swelling over the base of my spine that grows rapidly when sitting upright for longer than a few minutes and a rapid onset of even worse pain than i had before i sat up. This is why i can not use a wheelchair due to prolonged periods of sitting. My doctor confirmed this in a lengthy report for my Mandatory Reconsideration but it made no difference whatsoever.
Will update with next instalment as it happens. Thank you moderators and other members who have offered advice, without you all i would not cope.

Technically the one month runs from the date on the letter accompanying the DWP's submission.
If you have opted for a Paper hearing then you should stick to this date, as you will not be informed of a hearing date.
However, if you are going for an Oral hearing then you can continue submit evidence up until a couple of weeks before the hearing, all of your information must be with the TS no later than seven days before the hearing.

1 - my daughter is my carer and will be driving me to the courts and staying with me whilst there. Is she allowed to come in the court room with me to assist me sitting down getting up etc etc?
2 - It is snowing terribly in my neck of the woods and i am concerned i may not be able to get to the tribunal on Thursday or if i can get there for it to be safe to be walking on icy pavements/steps etc.
A - If i can't get there due to heavy snow what do i do and how will they respond?
B - Will the hearing be adjourned or can they hear it without me?
C - Is it reasonable for me to not be able to attend due to icy pavements etc? I have to use 2 crutches and have weakness in my legs and difficulty walking.
