ESA 50 Interactive form was created by Snowbird
On older versions of the ESA 50 you could type relevant information into the text boxes and the text would automatically resize smaller to fit in the box if you had alot of information to submit. On the newer interactive form the text size stays larger which limits how much info you can submit.
I realise I can add additional attachments with the form, but being able to put more on the original form makes it more likely something can't be over overlooked (or lost) as easily. Does anyone know of a way around this? Perhaps a different PDF viewer/reader? I am using Adobe at the moment.
TIA Snowbird

I'm afraid the change was deliberate by the DWP.
As far as I am aware the ESA50 PDF is locked so even using another app to open it will not make a difference, the only other option would be to convert it to something like a Word document, which some apps can do but I have no idea whether the DWP will accept the form if you do.

Ahh I see, thanks for the info Gordon. I guess we'll have to use the boxes to reference all the additional information that we submit along with the form and hope they take the time to refer to it all.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
