Just wondered if anyone as paid for a solicitors help and there representation at the hearing . If so it would be nice to know the average overall cost.

I would be very cautious of using a solicitor, Social Security law is a specialist area and it would be unusual for a solicitor to have experience in this, if you do use one then make sure that they have a demonstrable track record of winning appeals.
