PIP appeal when to submit new evidence was created by mosala

I am just about to send off appeal form. Do I enclose extra evidence with it, ie GP and CPN letter, or do I wait until Tribunal have accepted my appeal and then send it in?

If you are going to prepare your own submission then I would hold them back until you do this.
