Hi,
I am currently on high rate pip for both due to cancer, my husband has been for the last 8 years on DLA high rate for both, he has had his face to face medical assessment for PIPand from this was awarded nothing, we are awaiting a date for the tribunal now. However after going through the HP and th Decision makers response- both have noted that the tribunial should take note at the fact that my husband claims underlying careers allowance for me and also holds a drivers licence, Surley this is discrimination as we both have had underlying careers allowance for each other, and we do help each other but that does not mean we aren't disabled, and the fact that he has had his licence for 30 years, does not mean he can drive everyday. I would appreciate any answers many thanks diane
