Benefit claim review was created by maxwellhound
Hi all
I have been asked to go for a benefit claim review.
I am on PIP ( Enhanced both) until 2018 and ESA support until 2019.
They know I need transport to any appointments.
I wonder why they are asking?
Any ideas?
EH

PIP passports a number of other benefits so it may be in connection with that.
If you would struggle to attend at their offices then you can request a reasonable adjustment to either have them do the interview in your home or over the phone.

Would it be worth me sending my ESA assessment letter from them to my PIP reassessment claim.
They did the medical 7 months ago and put me in the support group.
Thanks

ESA and PIP descriptors are quite different, if you do send in the report please make sure you clearly show its relevance to your PIP claim.
ps - Are you now of the opinion that the appointment you were asking about is in relation to a PIP reassessment?

Finally got my appointment from ATOS this morning asking me to attend a assessment interview for my PIP award which does end until Feb 2018.
They know I am unable to walk far or use public transport so they asked me to attend an appointment in Weston Super Mare considering I live in Gloucestershire.
I contacted the Customer Service and told them why could I not use Queen Charlotte St in Bristol as it was there I had my original appointment in 2013.
They changed the appointment to Bristol and agreed to pay for my taxi. Cost £92.00
Makes you think........
