These are the definitions that you will need to show that you meet;
“Manage medication or therapy” means take medication or undertake therapy, where a failure to do so is likely to result in a deterioration in your health.
“Therapy” means therapy to be undertaken at home which is prescribed or recommended by
a—
(a) registered –(i) doctor;
(ii) nurse; or
(iii) pharmacist; or
(b) health professional regulated by the Health Professions Council.
If you think that they apply then argue your case the worst they can do is not award points and they may accept that these visits come under the definitions. Don't forget the treatment has to be weekly to score points.

Hi thank you for your reply - yes I've worded it that he closely monitors my health - what he is looking for - and wht steps he must take if my health deteriorated - may I ask another question ? If I was type up my answers - I would put my name and NI at the top of each page -would I just staple the answers to each question ?

If they are our rights, why do we have to fight for them?

So does this include things like physiotherapy?

It is perfectly OK for you to type your answers and attach them as extra pages to the PIP2, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.
Attach the pages to the back of the PIP2 using a staple or make a hole in the top left corner and use a treasury tag, string or ribbon to the form. The pages need to be easily detached so that they can be scanned by the DWP.

Thank you for your reply - so I shouldn't attach each typed up answer to each question just write see page 1-3 of 10 at the back of the form ?
