Could somebody let me know is it 28 working days or calendar days for the DWP to send there pack of paperwork as I am still waiting for the DWP paperwork for my appeal even though as of today no date has been set for the hearing by HM Courts & Tribunals but had confirmation that they have accepted my appeal in January .

It's normally one calendar month.
