This at first seems logical, however they don't say they have photocopied ALL the evidence. Plausible denial, it is not in the bundle therefore we didn't receive it.
Hi Christine..that was my experience, they returned everything including a disc with x-Rays saying they had photo copied everything but the x Ray disc was unacceptable as they only excepted evidence that can be scanned, this was the end of March.
