Hi Karen,
I am sorry, but not surprised, that the MR did not find in your favour as it is unusual for it to do anything other than 'rubber stamp' the original decision
Your choice now is to take this to appeal or reapply (actually, you can do both but the most recent decision - which would be the new claim - would carry forward).
Our PIP guide contains links to the SSCS1 form that you will need to send to the Tribunal Service in order to appeal. You do not need to give a lot of information at this stage. You should think about your own submission but not actually write it until you have seen what DWP have to say. This will mean that you can argue against DWP reasoning if necessary.
If you decide to reapply you can do so straight away, there is no time limit.
