Ok so last night I had a panic attack about Q13 and I've had enough. I only go out once at week at the most and that's because I take my mum shopping in the car, I don't actually get out of it, I wait for her in the car. I can't go out the vast majority of days because of severe social anxiety, so I'm putting that. I do have the problems with navigating, but it feels too hard to explain without causing more stress than it's worth. Do I need to mention how I take my mum shopping or would it be better to write what I'd do if I were living on my own with my partner (which I will be in a few months) as I would be driving further to go to a 24hr supermarket at midnight or something to avoid people.
The other problem is that I've ticked the wrong box for the question. Is it ok to just scribble over it and tick the correct box? Do I have to explain why I did that or anything?
Thanks! (I got a second extension until this Friday from a case manager who was very sympathetic, I was really surprised! I'll be sending it tomorrow or on Wednesday via special delivery to arrive a day or two before the new deadline)

Just clearly mark the correction on the form, you don't need to explain why you have had to do it.
