I'm not convinced that the claimants signature on the ESA50 provides authorisation for general access to the claimants medical records. I'll have to get back to you after I have done some checking.

Just wondered if you'd been able to find any extra info on this Gordon?
I know that a Tribunal can access your complete records from your GP, but I didn't think Maximus should be able to. It's a bit of a worry...

I'm afraid I am still waiting for a response.
Just to be clear, whilst I am no fan of Maximus, this issue appears to be with what your GP practice have supplied, not what Maximus have requested.
