Hi first time I have posted recently had medical and was given 4 points for care and zero mobility and so no award , the HP told lots of lies etc so asked for mandority sent a brief letter from gp at a cost of £25 to outline my worst conditions and if they required more info to get in touch, I also sent a letter from my physio stating I had problems etc and a written statement from my father who is my career stating the facts I had put down in the initial claim forms and was then awarded 11 points for care and zero mobility ? To me it seems they are trying to put me off going to appeal as I surely should have more than the 12 required points for higher care and at least the standard rate of mobility I have a multitude of conditions like anxiety/depression back pain sciatica and can not decide if to have a written appeal
