Inheritance/Benefits was created by catwoman
Hello,

Ive recently recieved inheritance from a family member who died 12 months ago and purchased a house and have surplus money. I'm currently claiming PIP, ESA, Housing benefit and council tax support. My question is who do I tell about my change in circumstance? I can't find any information online about where I can tell whoever about said inheritance!

Thank you

You should have contacted them as soon as your received the inheritance!

Contact the ESA office dealing with your claim., PIP is not effect and your local authority, contact information will be on the letters you receive each year about your benefits.
