Please help, PIP looming was created by Jimmy
Dear Gordon and Mrs Hurtyback,
After 23 years on disability, I have received a letter telling me to ring DWA before 16/12/2017.
I am on home dialysis 4 times per day, every day. My mornings are taken up dialysis, washing upper and lower body and cleaning and re dressing my exit site. I do have a very large amount of letters of support from doctors and Consultants, but I fear these will be just brushed aside. At the moment I receive middle rate DLA and High rate motability. Since the letter arrived I feel very sad and unsure of myself as to how I go about proving I am disabled. I walk with two elbow sticks most of the time, depending on how bad I feel. I take very strong controlled drugs for pain on a daily basis. Please help me, I am starting to feel desperate.
Kindest regards Jim (Aged 68)

Going round in circles trying to find "What happens when I first ring pop " so many things on your site, sorry if I'm a bit slow, just trying to get my head round it all. Links to telephone call, and then filling form in would be great. Thankyou. Kindest regards Jim

So our PIP Claim guide explains how to start a claim and the questions you will be asked on the phone, it then goes on to explain the criteria you will be assessed against and how to complete the PIP2 for, finally it explains the assessment process.
