I'm helping someone to appeal against a IIDB decision. They have pneumoconiosis and I'm trying to find the criteria for allocating the percentage disablement. Would be grateful for any suggestions to get them a higher percentage

Try and find a trained advisor with experience in this area. Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with their postcode, town or county.
