A quick update - I spoke with JCP this morning and this is something HMRC have flagged up, which, to cut a long story short, is an understandable misunderstanding around a permitted work employer changing their business name and a larger than normal payment registering due to backpay as a result of a delay in payroll processing me as a new entrant. The DWP Officer couldn't have been more helpful/reassuring and said they'd take a quick statement from me at interview and explained what payslips/correspondence to bring to interview.
