Pip Assessment was created by debbiesixtysix1
I received an esa50 form to complete by 4 Dec and and a few weeks before I began the transfer from DLA to PIP and this form had to be completed by 8 Dec.
Both were returned on 24 Nov in plenty of time .
I have been in the support group of esa and indefinite DLA since 2001. Who would have thought I would receive both to be completed within 4 days. It ruined my run up to Christmas.
I used your guides which are invaluable and they helped so much.
This morning Fri 22 I attended my pip assessment. Hopefully this went well, who knows. I was a little nervous and the assessment lasted approx 40-45 minutes long.i was shocked the pip process from start to assessment was so quick unfortunately..
I was told they had all the information and I would receive a reply within 8-9 weeks .
So I hope fingers crossed my Christmas and in Feb my Birthday has not been ruined and I get the right result which I deserve.
Merry Christmas to all at benefits and work and take a good earned rest and all the best for 2018 . I will be concentrating on getting an esa support group as I have a life long condition of Fibromyalgia along with my long term back problems.
It would be great if I get my esa and pip awards in 2018.
Thanks again for this fantastic site..

You should be able to request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your PIP claim.
There are considerable delays in the ESA assessment process at the moment so it could be some months before you hear about your ESA.
