My friend has not sent it yet. Deadline another 10 days away. Is it okay if my friend and go through your guides together and add anything to it on separate sheets of paper that we think is appropriate and that the C.A.B. adviser may have missed out? I understand that every page added needs to have friend's name, nat.ins. no etc.
It's their claim and only they profit or lose by the result, so if they want to do this then they should, just make sure that they understand what the advisor has written before they add to it or correct it.

The only way to reduce the GP Notes is to remove those activities that they don't expect to score for, if try and reduce whatever is on each page the you risk being seen as putting words in the mouth of the GP, which will make the report ineffective.
As an alternative to using the Notes, the GP could base their letter on them, however, given the GP Notes is primarily a tick box exercise you have to wonder how much they are actually intending to write.
