ESA grounds for appeal was created by mark smith
Just sent of my appeal regarding nil points for social engagement, expected 6 points as normal, but I forgot to add that I received 6 points for coping with change and 6 points for getting about. this is the first time that I have had to appeal.
Do you think that my grounds for appeal will still be accepted because of this omission.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Your appeal is based on the activities that you did not score correctly for rather than those that you did, assuming that the 12 points you did score was what was expected, so I would not expect there to be any problem with your appeal being accepted.
The next stage is for the Tribunal Service to notify the DWP and for them to prepare and submit their own submission to the appeal, they will send you a copy of this and when you receive it you can prepare your own, although I would not wait for this to happen.
I recommend that you look at our ESA Claim guides to make sure you have understood the criteria you need to meet for an award.
Omce the DWP have received your notice of appeal from the TS you can request to be placed on the ESA Assessment rate while you wait for a hearing providing this is the tirst Fit for Work Decision you have had or the first since having an award.
If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
